Terms of Service

Last updated 26 September 2026

1. Introduction

These terms apply when you use HiAlly’s products, services and website. HiAlly is operated by HiAlly Technologies (“HiAlly”, “we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use HiAlly on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. HiAlly services

HiAlly offers two kinds of product:

Some services are in development. We say so where it applies, and they may change before they are generally available.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the accounts of team members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Your responsibilities as a business

If you use HiAlly for your business, you are responsible for:

5. Local products

Local products run on your own computer, and your business data stays there unless you choose to use an optional online AI feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for that computer and for your own backups. Billing Books is currently offered free of charge. Each product’s licence is issued for your use and may not be resold.

6. Connected AI Employee services

HiAlly Sales helps a business respond to customer enquiries on a messaging channel: it greets customers, recognises which of the business’s products they name, asks the business’s questions, collects the requirement and hands the conversation to the business’s team. The business decides how it is set up. HiAlly processes the messages involved on the business’s behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. WhatsApp and Meta integrations

To connect WhatsApp you need your own WhatsApp Business account, and you must follow Meta’s terms and policies for it. Meta may change, limit or suspend access to its platform, which can affect what HiAlly can do. WhatsApp also limits when a business may send messages — for example, more than 24 hours after a customer’s last message only approved message templates may be sent, and HiAlly does not yet support templates — so some replies or notifications may not be delivered.

HiAlly is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Instagram integrations

An Instagram integration is not available yet. When it is enabled, connecting an Instagram Professional account will be subject to these terms and to Meta’s terms and policies for Instagram.

9. Telegram

A business may connect a Telegram bot it has created. Its use is also subject to Telegram’s terms. HiAlly is not affiliated with Telegram.

10. AI and automated processing

Certain HiAlly products and features may use AI or automated processing, depending on the product and on the features you enable. Some use AI models — for example, reading a team member’s free-text report, or typing a bill in plain language in a local product. AI output can be wrong, and HiAlly does not guarantee its accuracy. Check anything important before you rely on it. HiAlly Sales does not currently use an AI model to write its replies to customers.

11. Human review and handoff

HiAlly Sales is designed to pass conversations to your team. It is not designed to agree prices, confirm orders or make commitments on your behalf; those decisions stay with your team. When HiAlly tells a customer that someone will get back to them, that depends on your team acting on the notifications HiAlly sends.

12. Acceptable use

Use HiAlly lawfully, for genuine business purposes, and in a way that respects your customers’ privacy and the rules of the platforms you connect.

13. Prohibited use

You must not use HiAlly to:

14. Intellectual property

HiAlly’s software, website and brand belong to HiAlly Technologies. Your business data and your customers’ messages remain yours; you allow HiAlly to process them only to provide the services you use.

15. Third-party services

Messaging platforms and other third-party services you connect are governed by their own terms. HiAlly is not responsible for their availability or for how they process information.

16. Service availability

We work to keep HiAlly running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, pause or withdraw features — especially those in development — and carry out maintenance.

17. Suspension and termination

You can stop using HiAlly at any time, disconnect any channel, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if continuing would put others or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

18. Data and privacy

How HiAlly handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. How to ask for deletion is on our Data Deletion page, and how we protect data is on our Security page.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiAlly provides its products and services “as is” and “as available”. HiAlly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions made on the basis of information provided through the services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and for changes that matter we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
