HiAlly is building AI Employees that work across the channels a business already uses. The first is HiAlly Sales. Unlike the local products above, it runs on HiAlly’s connected service — it has to, to receive and answer your customers’ messages.

The local products keep your business files on your machine. An AI Employee is different by design: when a business connects a messaging channel, the messages it needs are processed by HiAlly’s connected service and by the messaging platform.
We say “in development” because it is — HiAlly Sales is not generally available yet.
This is the part most tools get wrong, and it is why they cannot be trusted with anything that matters. A language model is excellent at understanding a question and terrible at arithmetic — so we only let it do the first.
In the local products, using the on-device model, the whole path above happens on hardware you control. Your files are not transferred to us.
Answers come with the records behind them. You can follow any number back to the row it came from.
Entries are chained with a cryptographic hash. If one is altered or removed afterwards, the chain no longer verifies — and says which.
For a lot of businesses that is not a preference — it is not allowed.

We are starting on them now, one at a time, and each ships when it works rather than when a date arrives. We would rather say "in build" than sell you a screenshot.
