HiAlly Billing Books prints proper GST tax invoices, keeps your stock and your customer dues, and runs on one Windows computer with no internet. Your books stay on that computer — they are never uploaded.

CGST + SGST inside your state, IGST outside it, UTGST where it applies, and a Bill of Supply if you are on the composition scheme. HSN, GSTIN and place of supply all printed where the law expects them.
If your prices already include GST, say so once and the tax is taken out of the price instead of added on top. A ₹200 tag bills ₹200 — not ₹236 — and the invoice still shows the tax separately.
Items and stock with batch, serial or size/colour where a trade needs it. Credit sales with a limit per customer, a running ledger of who owes what, and settlement when they pay.
Every entry is hash-chained, so a deleted or edited sale shows up. You can print an integrity certificate — the answer to “prove to me my cashier did not remove a cash sale”.
58 mm and 80 mm thermal slips, an A4 invoice, and a bill image you can send on WhatsApp.
GST summary as CSV and a Tally XML export. A daily copy of everything to a cloud folder, another drive or a pen drive.
E-invoicing (IRN and QR) is not supported, so this cannot be your billing software above ₹5 crore turnover. There are no e-way bills and no reverse charge. We do not sell it to pharmacies or jewellers, because each sits under rules we do not meet. The full list is here — we would rather you read it now than find out at your counter.
Yes. No subscription, no charge per bill, no limit on how many bills you make. It is free because our paid product is a different thing entirely — an assistant that answers questions about your business — and the billing is how you meet us.
Yes, after activation. Billing, stock, dues, printing and backup all happen on the computer. An internet connection is needed only to activate, once a year for the free licence to renew itself, and for an online AI service if you choose one to type or speak a whole bill in words. Picking items from a list always works, offline, with nothing to set up.
Yes. Turn on “My prices already include GST”. A ₹200 item at 18% then bills as ₹169.49 + ₹30.51 GST = ₹200, which is what the customer hands over. MRP on packaged goods already includes tax, so most shops want this on.
IGST, at the full rate, when the place of supply is a different state from yours — and CGST + SGST when it is the same state. For a customer with a GSTIN their state decides it; for a customer without one it is the address on the invoice. The software works it out. One thing worth knowing: if someone from another state walks in and carries the goods away, that is a local sale — only record their state if you are delivering there.
Your books and everyday billing data stay in a folder on your computer, and you choose which drive. There is no cloud account. If you turn on the daily copy, it goes to a folder you pick. If you choose to switch on an online AI service to type or speak a bill, the information needed for that request is sent to the AI provider you set up — your complete books are never uploaded.
Windows 10 or 11, one computer. Install it and start billing — the first screen asks a handful of questions and everything else is already set sensibly.
